Easter hunt

We worked with our buddies to complete the great Easter hunt on Thursday afternoon. We had to follow clues to find the eggs!

Onnah and Ella presented an awesome Easter song that they had been practising! We loved it!

Music in Room 17

Room 14 goes to Room 17 every Friday for music! This is a dance they were learning last Friday with Matua Te Haere.

Lost tooth!

Ella shared her tooth today. It fell out in weekend. Her sister made her an amazing box to keep it safe.

City to surf

Congratulations to Sydney and Jake who completed the City to surf 6k run in the weekend! Great effort! Good training for next terms cross country.

Year 3 duathlon!

Baking bread

A huge thank you to Lauren, Onnah's mum, for coming in on Thursday and baking friendship bread with us. We thought it started out feeling like slime and smelling like beer! When it was cooking we went into the kitchen and smelt donuts! The children thought it was delicious and it tasted like donuts. Before we added the bread ingredients Lauren divided the special mixture into 4 bags and so other people can now have the starter to make their own friendship bread.
